Meet Jane
Jane is a Professional Therapist, Intuitive Life Coach, and Mystic, currently residing on the unceded territory of the Coast Salish peoples, also known as Vancouver, BC.
Her mission and purpose is to teach and inspire people how to reclaim their freedom and autonomy after enduring immense trauma and powerlessness, using holistic practices, traditional therapy, and the sacred arts. She believes within every person lies a treasure chest full of wisdom and beauty waiting to be discovered, and with this awareness, we as individuals carry the power to set ourselves free.
Jane has worked with all walks of life and takes a gentle, intuitive approach, supporting those who are on the journey to healing their trauma, while cultivating a healthy self esteem, and strong sense of independence. She is passionate about bridging traditional therapy with the mystical realms, and has facilitated hundreds of people towards spiritual awakening and growth.

You don’t have the time or energy to commit to the daily journaling exercises, or contribute to the monthly show and tell. Committing to this process is going to be essential for your growth. Taking time to reflect, journal, and create is a huge element of this journey!

You’re unable to attend the live online sessions. Our classes are highly interactive, requiring you to be present, on time, and engaged for the full session. While missing a couple of sessions is understandable (recordings will be available), if you already know you’ll miss more than two, this may not be the right time to embark on this journey.

You’re unable to fully participate. To get the most out of this experience, you must join from a private, quiet space, be free of distractions, have your camera on, and be open to sharing authentically with the group.
