Permission to Conduct, Write & Record Documentation of Live Session(s)

You understand in our sessions: (including private sessions, group sessions, pre recorded sessions) I may or may not use shadow work, life coaching, guided meditation, tarot reading, shamanic journeying, energy clearing, cord cutting, NLP, EFT tapping, and hypnotherapy. We will work on addressing imbalances within your energy system and spiritual practice, as well as the energetic influence of thoughts, beliefs, and emotions in your body. We will address your current goals and work on removing obstacles that are in the way of achieving said goals. The session(s) will be recorded and kept confidential between the life coach and client(s).

 

Although life coaching appears to have promising results there is no guarantee that these sessions will promise you specific end results. It is your responsibility to seek the advice of a therapist or counsellor if at any moment you are overcome with stress and require immediate assistance.

 

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you grant to me permission to conduct the session and record the documentation of any session that you participate in. You understand that your participation as a private client is strictly voluntary, at your own risk, and that you freely choose to participate in your session(s). You agree to forever fully release and hold me harmless from and against any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature which you might incur as a result of your voluntary decision to participate in these session(s). Further, you agree to forever fully release and hold harmless the institute, its owners, members, employees, agents, representatives, consultants, independent contractors, volunteers, and others associated with the institute from any and all claims or liability of whatsoever kind or nature which you might incur as a result of your voluntary decision to participate in any session as a client.

 

Due to the nature of this program, no refunds will be given. All material shared throughout the session(s) is copyrighted and not to be shared with other individuals. Our cancellation policy states that you must give me a 24 hour notice in advance, otherwise the session(s) will not be rescheduled. 

 

By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you are aware that this is a space that welcomes all walks of life including: The LGBTQ community (lesbian, gay, bi sexual, transgender, queer), BIPOC (black, indigenous, people of colour), all ethnicities, all religious backgrounds, all genders, non binary, or two spirited, sex workers, abled and/or disabled.

 

There will be absolutely no tolerance for: judgement towards others, racism, bigotry, or any verbal abuse of any kind. Failure to comply with any of the above statements will result in termination without a refund.
